Refund policy

Changed your mind
You may cancel your order and return the item within 7 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay the cost of sending it back. We refund the amount you paid within 30 days of cancellation.

Faulty items
If your item is faulty within 6 months of delivery, contact us. You may choose a repair, a replacement or a refund, at our cost.

Damaged or wrong item
Please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will put it right.

Contact us through the Contact page on this website with your order number. We will reply with the return address and next steps.
